1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Studiio website and platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Studiio is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real estate photography studios, providing tools for booking management, gallery delivery, invoicing, team coordination, and related services.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Platform & AI Credits

The core Studiio platform is free to use with no time limits. AI-powered features (virtual staging, property descriptions, spot removal, smart reconciliation) require AI credits, available via monthly subscription or one-time purchase.

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Studiio (photos, documents, client data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each studio workspace is an isolated tenant — your data is not shared with other studios.

8. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to AI credits or purchasing a top-up pack, you authorise us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Studiio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
